Right of Withdrawal

Written Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal NOTE: Earrings and ear studs are excluded from return for hygienic reasons, as well as discounted and discounted items.

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Consumers are natural persons (i.e., individuals, as opposed to companies or associations) who order products from theCONCEPTSTORE for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Withdrawal Policy Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Maier Media GmbH, Feringastr. 6 (2nd floor), 85774 Munich, email: contact@crystole.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email or a letter sent by post) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Sample Withdrawal Form:

Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
