Shipping

The prices stated on the product pages are gross prices and therefore include the applicable statutory value-added tax of Germany, plus shipping costs. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes, and fees apply.

In addition to the prices indicated, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the "Shipping" section, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.

The standard shipping costs are as follows within Germany: EUR 6.90 with tracking Free standard shipping within Germany for purchases over: EUR 100

The standard shipping costs within Europe are: EUR 13.90 with tracking

Delivery

The delivery is carried out by the shipping service providers DHL, UPS, or Hermes.

If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to partial deliveries at our expense, insofar as this is reasonable for you.

If the delivery of the goods fails three times due to your fault, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded to you, minus the return costs.

The consumer/buyer is responsible for bearing the shipping costs for the re-delivery.
