Terms and Conditions


  1. Scope For all offers, order confirmations, contracts, deliveries, and services from theCONCEPTSTORE (hereinafter referred to as theCONCEPTSTORE) to customers of the theCONCEPTSTORE online shop with delivery addresses in Germany, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) exclusively apply. Deviations from these terms are only binding if agreed upon in writing and approved by us. This also applies if the agreement to the written form is to be lifted when concluding the contract.

  2. Contracting Party / Consumer 2.1 The purchase contract is concluded with Maier Media GmbH, Feringastr. 4, 85774 Unterföhring, GERMANY, registered in the Commercial Register of the Munich Local Court HRB 251590. You can reach our customer service for questions, complaints, and objections via email at: contact@crystole.com. 2.2 Our online shop and all requests for orders contained therein are exclusively intended for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. Entrepreneurs are excluded from using our online shop to place orders.

  3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract 3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. Errors excepted. The sale of our products is only for private use in household quantities. 3.2 By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email within 2 days. In the case of prepayment, the acceptance of the contract is not only by a separately sent order confirmation but also by the automatic order confirmation email. 3.3 You have the option to conclude the purchase contract in German or English.

  4. Right of Withdrawal

NOTE: Earrings and ear studs are excluded from return for hygienic reasons, as are discounted and discounted products.

For international orders (delivery address outside of Germany), theCONCEPTSTORE does not offer returns with refunds or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Different tax rates
  • Different local legal regulations
  • Logistic reasons

4.1 Consumers with a delivery address in Germany have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Consumers are natural persons (i.e., individuals, as opposed to companies or associations) who order products from theCONCEPTSTORE for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

The following withdrawal policy applies to them:

Withdrawal Policy Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Maier Media GmbH, Feringastr. 6, 85774 Munich, email: contact@crystole.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email or a letter sent by post) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Sample Withdrawal Form:

– I/we () hereby withdraw the contract concluded by me/us () for the purchase of the following goods ()/ – Ordered on ()/received on () – Name of the customer/the names of the customers – Address of the customer/the addresses of the customers – Signature of the customer/the customers (only in the case of communication on paper) – Date.

Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4.2 Please avoid damage and contamination. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. Use protective packaging if necessary. Please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging to avoid damage claims due to inadequate packaging. 4.3 Return the goods as a franked package and keep the deposit receipt. 4.4 Please enclose a document in the "Return Package" with your order number. 4.5 Please note that the modalities mentioned in paragraphs 4.2 to 4.4 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

4a. Cost Allocation Agreement If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you bear the return costs.

  1. Prices and Shipping Costs 5.1 The prices stated on the product pages are gross prices and therefore include the applicable statutory value-added tax of Germany, plus shipping costs. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes, and fees apply. 5.2 In addition to the prices indicated, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the "Shipping" section, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.

  2. Delivery 6.1 The delivery is carried out by the shipping service providers DHL, UPS, or Hermes. 6.2 The delivery time is based on the information in the shopping cart of the online shop. 6.3 If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to partial deliveries at our expense, insofar as this is reasonable for you. 6.4 If the delivery of the goods fails three times due to your fault, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded.
  3. Payment 7.1 You can pay by Sofortüberweisung, credit card, or PayPal. 7.2 Data Protection Notice The payment providers check and evaluate your data and, if there is a legitimate interest and reason, exchange data with other companies and credit agencies. Your personal data will be used in accordance with the applicable German data protection regulations and the information provided.

  4. Retention of Title The goods remain our property until full payment is made.

  5. Limitation of Liability 9.1 All claims for damages and reimbursement of expenses by the buyer (hereinafter referred to as "claims for damages") against theCONCEPTSTORE for whatever legal reason, including breach of duties in connection with the contract, fault in concluding the contract, other breaches of duty or tort claims, are excluded. 9.2 The liability exclusion under section 9.1 does not apply in the case of intentional or grossly negligent conduct by us or by one of our representatives, employees, or other agents forming the basis for the claim for damages; in the case of damage caused by us or one of our representatives, employees, or other agents culpably violating the integrity, life, or health forming the basis for the claim for damages; and concerning the statutory liability, especially under the German Product Liability Act, and in case of a breach of warranty commitments by us; if we or one of our representatives, employees, or other agents negligently violate a material contractual obligation; in this last case, however, our liability is limited to the amount of damages that are typically foreseeable. In all other respects, the statutory provisions regarding the extent of liability apply, insofar as liability is not excluded according to section 9.2. 9.3 To the extent that theCONCEPTSTORE's liability for damages is excluded or limited, this also applies with regard to the personal liability for damages of our representatives, employees, or other agents. 9.4 The provisions mentioned above do not imply a shift in the burden of proof to the detriment of the buyer and do not exclude claims expressly granted in these General Terms and Conditions.

  6. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions The most recent version of the General Terms and Conditions can be viewed on this page at any time. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these General Terms and Conditions at our discretion by publishing updates and changes on our website. It is your responsibility to regularly check our website for possible changes. By continuing to use our website or access the services after the publication of changes to these General Terms and Conditions, this is considered acceptance of these changes.

  7. Applicable Law These General Terms and Conditions and all separate agreements under which we provide services to you are subject to German law and are to be interpreted according to it.

  8. Severability Clause If it turns out that a provision of these General Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, this provision will nevertheless be enforceable to the extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part shall be deemed to be separated from these General Terms and Conditions, with such determination having no effect on the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisionsContact Questions regarding the General Terms and Conditions can be directed to us at contact@crystole.com.
